DES:dj~ 04/11/96 (094/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 22/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12738 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF INTENTION VACATING A 10 FOOT WIDE LANE <br /> AND RESERVING A 10 FOOT PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT BETWEEN <br /> OAK KNOLL DRIVE AND HETCH HETCHY RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, <br /> CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE; SETTING TIME AND <br /> PLACE FOR HEARING ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN OR <br /> OBJECTING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION; AND ORDERING <br /> POSTING OF NOTICE THEREOF <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a ten (10) foot wide lane between Oak Knoll Drive <br />and Hetch Hetchy right-of-way in the City of Redwood City, <br />heretofore dedicated for public use, which portion is more <br />particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted on Exhibit "B" <br />hereof, which Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, is unnecessary for present or prospective <br />use; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Part 3 of Division 9 <br />(commencing with §8300) of the Streets and Highways Code, the <br />Council of the City of Redwood City intends to vacate the 10 foot <br />foot wide lane between Oak Knoll Drive and Hetch Hetchy right-of- <br />way; <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council hereby declares its intention to vacate a <br />10 foot wide lane between Oak Knoll and Hetch Hetchy right-of-way <br />while reserving a public service easement, comprised of all that <br />real property located in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br />Mateo, California, more particularly described in Exhibit A and <br />depicted on Exhibit B, and hereby elects to proceed with such <br /> <br /> <br />
