DES:dj~ 04/02/96 (092/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 4/22/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12736 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR DIESEL/FUEL <br /> SYSTEM REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, REDWOOD SHORES AREA "A" <br /> AND SEAPORT CENTER STORM DRAINAGE PUMP STATIONS, AND <br /> FIRE STATIONS NOS. 11 AND 12; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the combined project for <br />diesel/fuel system removal and replacement, Redwood Shores Area <br />"A" and Seaport Center storm drainage pump stations, and Fire <br />Stations Nos. 11 and 12 in the City of Redwood City, California, <br />have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents - <br />Combined Project for Diesel/Fuel System Removal & Replacement - <br />Area "A" Seaport Center Storm Drainage Pump Stations and Fire <br />Stations Nos. 11 & 12 City of Redwood City, California", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br />Division, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
