DES:djk 04/02/96 (079/39) <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L 4/22/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12735 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR RADIOS/ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> (MOTOROLA COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement dated March 25, 1996 entitled, <br />"Service Agreement", by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and Motorola <br />Communications and Electronics, Inc., a copy of which agreement <br />is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, providing for radios and other miscellaneous <br />electronic equipment (the "Equipment") maintenance services to <br />the Police Department of the City of Redwood City, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit <br />A and/or such other appropriate documents to effectuate the <br />purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney). <br /> <br /> <br />
