DES:dj~ 04/02/96 (RC-007) <br /> 0 R I C I N A L 4/15/96 <br /> <br /> R ESOLUT ION NO. 12734 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REVISED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT CREATING BAY CITIES <br /> JOINT POWERS INSURANCE AUTHORITY <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Joint Powers Agreement Creating the <br />Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance Authority", revised in form draft dated March <br />15, 1996, by and among certain specified local public agencies, which <br />agreement provides to its signatories insurance and self-insurance programs, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and c~irected to execute, <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
