EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1. Scope of Work and Technical Specifications <br />Consultant shall provide and deliver unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel to City facilities on <br />an as needed basis. <br />A. Quantity. <br />The City's annual need for unleaded gasoline is approximately 85,000 gallons, and the <br />City's annual need for diesel fuel is approximately 33,000 gallons. The figures given are <br />estimates and are provided as estimates only; no minimum or maximum quantity of <br />purchase is guaranteed either monthly or annually and no adjustments to mark-ups will <br />occur due to a difference in the estimated and actual quantities delivered. <br />B. Quality. <br />Gasoline delivered shall be unleaded, 87 octane. During oxygenated season, unleaded <br />gasoline is to be oxygenated in accordance with State of California standards in effect at <br />the time of delivery. Consultant shall be liable for any and all damages to facilities <br />(including tank, fuel lines, pumps, and dispensers), vehicles, and fuel in storage, which <br />may occur as the result of contaminated fuel or fuel not in compliance with specification. <br />Diesel fuel shall be on -road, clear diesel. <br />C. Delivery Time. <br />Fuel shall be delivered to the City from Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. The City <br />reserves the right to place orders for fuel delivery at any time. Deliveries shall be made to <br />the agreed location within 24 (lours after order is placed. <br />E.
