EXHIBIT "A" to Certificate of Completion (Legal Description) PARCEL ONE: LOT 29, as delineated upon that certain Map entitled "MURRAY TRACT, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on January 25th, 1927 in Book 15 of Maps, at Pages 19 and 20. PARCEL TWO: BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of the County Road leading from Redwood City to Woodside, known as Woodside Road, said point beginning being the Northwesterly corner of Lot 1, as shown on the map entitled, "ROUSSEL SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE' MCEVOY TRACT ADJOINING REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", FILED IN THE office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on July 25, 1905, in Book "B" of Maps at Page 59 and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at Page 69; thence from said point of beginning North 100 10' East along the said Easterly line of Woodside Road 110.88 feet to the Southerly line of Lot 28, as shown on the Map entitled, "MURRAY TRACT, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA", filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on January 25, 1927, in Book 15 of Maps at Pages 19 and 20; thence South 790 50' East along the last mentioned line 115.2 feet (shown as 115.49 feet on said Map of Murray Tract 0 to the Westerly line of Lot 29 of said last mentioned Map; thence South 100 10' West along the last mentioned line 165 feet (shown as 164.92 feet on said Map of Murray Tract) to the Northeasterly line of Lot 1 of Roussel Subdivision above mentioned; thence North 540 15' West along the last mentioned line 127.4 feet to the point of beginning.
