<br />6.38 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF APPLICATION BY THE CiTY OF REDWOOD CiTY <br />REQUESTING THE LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION <br />APPROVAL FOR EXTENSION OF WATER SERVICE OUTSIDE <br />JURISDICTIONAL BOUNDARIES TO PARCEL A AT 215 SYLVAN <br />WAY, WOODSIDE, CA, PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE <br />SECTION 56133 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City ("City") has provided water service to the <br /> <br />existing residence at 215 Sylvan Way, Woodside, California (APN 057-082-510), which <br /> <br />is outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries and within the City's sphere of influence; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the original lot at 215 Sylvan Way is currently being subdivided into <br /> <br />two parcels, A and 8, with one existing residence located on Parcel B; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Development of Parcel A will require a new water connection and <br /> <br />service from the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has been requested by the property owner <br /> <br />of 215 Sylvan Way, Woodside, (APN 057-082-510) to provide water service to 215 <br /> <br />Sylvan Way, Woodside, Parcel A, described and shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto <br /> <br />and incorporated herein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo is processing an application for proposed <br /> <br />subdivision and new single family home on proposed Parcel A that requires water <br /> <br />service from the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this project is exempt from State CEQA Guidelines.
