<br />6.3C <br />City, County, Agency and State funds were used to develop and construct 58 new units Page 2 <br />of affordable rental housing. The work was completed in September 2007 and all units <br />were fully occupied by the end of September 2007. The Developer has provided a copy <br />of recorded Notice of Completion for the project evidencing completion and release of <br />liens. <br /> <br />The DDA provides for the Redevelopment Agency to issue a Certificate of Completion <br />after the improvements have been completed and all of the terms of the DDA have been <br />met. No further action is required by the City. The Certificate of Completion is now <br />being submitted for Agency approval. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Do not approve the Certificate of Completion. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The City Council and Board's approval of the Certificate of Completion will have no <br />fiscal impact. <br /> <br /> <br />f!,,~~A ,p.U/~ <br />Patricia J.
