(Section <br /> <br />15303(d) of Guidelines). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS, <br /> <br />1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby incorporated <br /> <br />herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> <br />2. That the City Manager or his designee submit an application to the Local <br /> <br />Agency Formation Commission requesting approval of an extension of the water service <br /> <br />outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries and sphere of influence to the proposed <br /> <br />Parcel 1 at 647 Acacia Lane, Woodside, (APN 057-153-180 and APN 057-153-460) <br /> <br />pursuant to California Government Code Section 56133 of the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg <br /> <br />Local Government Reorganization Act of 2000. <br /> <br />3.
