-- 0 R I G I N A L - 4/8/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12720 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br /> THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY HALL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY LOCATED AT 1017 MIDDLEFIELD ROAD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the construction of the City Hall of the <br />City of Redwood City located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work to be <br />performed under Division 10 - Specialties of the Contract Documents; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval of the contract <br />documents and authorize and direct the City Manager to request bids from <br />prequalified subcontractors for the work therein described (excepting therefrom <br /> <br />Division 10 - Specialties Subcontractors); <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "City Hall- 1017 Middlefield Road, <br />Redwood City, California," prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2.
