DES:d~'- 03/20/96 (084/41) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to continue its <br />affiliation with the County of San Mateo, Town of Atherton, City <br />of Belmont, City of Foster City, City of Half Moon Bay, City of <br />Menlo Park, City of San Carlos and the City of San Mateo under <br /> <br />the First Amendment to the Amended Agreement; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and among certain local public <br />agencies therein specified, entitled "First Amendment to the <br />Amended Joint Powers Agreement Establishing the Alcohol Violation <br />Temporary Housing Authority", a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br />and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
