DES:dj~ 02/15/96 (096/39) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 3/11/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12710 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR 1995-1996 <br /> SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND <br /> DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1995-1996 Sewer Main <br />Replacement Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract <br />Documents for the 1995-1996 Sewer Main Replacement Project - City <br />of Redwood City, Redwood City, California", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
