DES:dj~ 02/01/96 (069/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 2/26/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12706 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE JAMES <br /> AVENUE WATERMAIN/SEWERMAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the James Avenue watermain/ <br />sewermain replacement project in the City of Redwood City, <br />California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the James Avenue Watermain/Sewermain Replacement Project - <br />City of Redwood City", prepared by the Department of Community <br />Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which documents are <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
