DES:d"' 02/01/96 (072/41) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L ~P26/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12703 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATING FIBER OPTIC <br /> CABLE SYSTEMS FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement", <br />between Sprint Communications Company, L.P. and the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br />thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
