Late Independent Expenditure Report <br /> <br />Who Uses Form 496: · File with the filing officer(s) who would receive <br /> campaign statemenls if you were a committee <br />Any committee that makes independent primarily formed to support or oppose the <br />expenditures totaling $1,000 or more to support or candidate or measure. <br />oppose a single candidate or a single ballot <br />measure during the 16 days immediately pdor to Method of Delivery: <br />the election in which Ih, can~lidate or measure is <br />being voled on (a 'late independent expenditure').
