DES:dj~ 02/01/96 (070/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L --2/26/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12702 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR RELOCATING FIBER OPTIC <br /> CABLE SYSTEMS FOR THE JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS <br /> PROJECT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement", <br />between WorldCom Network Services, Inc. and the City of Redwood <br />City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, a copy <br />of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
