Surveyors · Planners <br /> May, 9, 1995 <br /> BKF Project No. 940167-10 <br /> <br /> Legal Description <br /> for <br /> Redwood Shores Landscape <br /> Maintenance District No. 1995-1 <br /> <br />All that real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of that parcel of land as shown on that certain parcel map <br />entitled "Lakeside - Subdivision Unit No. 2" filed in the Office of the County Recorder of <br />San Mateo County on October 12, 1990 in Book 122-of maps at pages 1-6 inclusive, <br />and being further described as follows: ' <br /> <br />Being all of Lots 3 and 4 as shown on said map and all of the "Remainder" parcel, as <br />shown on said map, easterly of an unrecorded line described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning on the northerly line of said parcel at the intersection of two'lines identified as <br />lines "30" and "31" on page 3 of said map, having courses shown as "N 83°18'05'' W, <br />300.00' and N 31°27'25" E, 48.76'" in the data table on said page; thence northwesterly <br />along said northerly line North 83018'05.. West, a distance of 285.00 feet to the TRUE <br />POINT OF BEGINNING of said unrecorded line; thence southeasterly along said line <br />South 7°17' 47" East, a distance of 1955.11 feet to a point on the northerly right of way <br />of Shearwater Parkway as said right of way is shown on said map..
