"Method of Assessment Spread" shall mean the method of spreading <br /> assessments as provided for by Resolution No. , a resolution of <br /> intention to form the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. <br /> I995-I and provide for the use of the alternative method for the levy of <br /> benefit assessments. <br /> <br /> "Parcel" shall mean any parcel subject to the levy of assessments pursuant to <br /> Resolution No. , a resolution of intention to form the Redwood <br /> Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. I995-I and provide for the use o£ <br /> the alternative method for the levy of benefit assessments. <br /> <br /> "Residential Parcel" shall mean any parcel zoned or othezwise approved by <br /> the City for residential development. <br /> <br /> "Tentative Map" shall mean the Vesting Tentative Map for Redwood Shores <br /> Area I approved by the City. <br /> <br /> Section 2 - Method of Spread; <br /> <br />1. An Annual Maintenance Cost will be developed for the public open <br /> space areas ! through 15 as generally described in Exhibit C of <br /> Resolution No. , a resolution of intention to form the <br /> Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 and <br /> provide for the use of the alternative method for the levy of benefit <br /> assessments, and further designated on that certain map entitled <br /> "Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1, Areas <br /> Requiring Public Maintenance" a copy of which map is marked as <br /> Exhibit A-3 and attached to such same Resolution No. <br /> <br />2. The number of existing and planned residential units in the Lido <br /> Neighborhood Specific Plan Area shall determ~ed for each Residential <br /> Parcel based on the status of Residential Parcels as of ~une I0 of each <br /> year as follows. <br /> <br /> a.
