The total levy on all Residential Parcels shall be calculated by <br /> adding that portion o£ the Annual Maintenance Cost for Area 7 <br /> (as described in Exhibit C hereof and further designated in <br /> Exhibit A-3 hereof) not provided for in the City's Annual Budget <br /> to the Annual Maintenance Cost for all other public open space <br /> areas (Areas 1 through 15, as described in Exhibit C hereof and <br /> further designated in Exhibit A-3 hereof) and then subtracting <br /> the total annual levy on Commercial Parcels as calculated in step <br /> 3 (e) below. <br /> <br />b. An annual levy for each Residential Parcel in Area G203 and <br /> Area G204 shall be determined by multiplying the total levy on <br /> all Residential Parcels calculated in step 3 (a) above, by 211287 and <br /> dividing the result by the total number of residential units in <br /> Areas G203 and G204 as determined in step 2 (d) above. A pro <br /> rata cost per residential unit shall then be assigned to each <br /> Residential Parcel in Area G203 and Area G204 based on the <br /> number of residential units allocated to each such Residential <br /> Parcel in Area G203 and Area G204. <br /> <br />c An annual levy for each Residential Parcel in Area G401 shall be <br /> determined by first subtracting the total residential levy for <br /> Areas G203 and G204 as determined in step 3 (b) above from the <br /> total residential levy as determined in step 3 (a) above, and then <br /> multiplying the result by the ratio that all residential units in <br /> Area G401 (as adjusted by each Residential Parcel's unit <br /> multiplier, if any) calculated in step 2 (e) above bear to the stun <br /> of all residential units in Area G401 plus ail residential units (as <br /> adjusted by each Residential Parcel's unit multiplier, if any) <br /> calculated in the steps 2 (a), Co) and (c) above for the Lido <br /> Neighborhood Specific Plan Area. A pro rata cost per residential <br /> unit shall then be assigned to each such Residential Parcel in <br /> Area G401 based on the number of residential units allocated to <br /> each such Residential Parcel in Area G401. <br /> <br />d.
