and irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br />landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> <br />Area 10 (as shown on the attached map) <br /> <br /> Area l0 comprises approximately 1.56 acres at the southernmost <br />portion of the Lido Neighborhood. Landscape treatment will include native <br />plants and grasses to the extent possible. <br /> <br /> Ail planted areas will require irrigation, periodic applications of <br />fert4li~ers and soil conditioners, periodic applications of wood chips 2" - 4" in <br />depth to prevent weed growth and retain soil moisture, periodic pest control <br />and weed maintenance, and periodic plant replacement due to disease, pest <br />damage and loss stemming from natural causes, vandalism and pedestrian <br />and bicycle traffic. <br /> <br /> Daily maintenance will include litter pick-up and removal and <br />disposal of debris. <br /> <br /> Consumable supplies will include water, ferHli~er, pestiddes and <br />herbicides, native plant replacement as needed, soil additives, occasional pipe <br />and irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br />landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> <br />Area 11 (as shown on the at~ached map) <br /> <br /> Area 11 comprises approximately .29 acres of landscaped shrubbery <br />and/or annuals and associated irrigation. Shrubs will require periodic <br />pruning, applications of fertilizer, pest control and replacement. Annuals <br />require replacement according to season. All plants may require replacement <br />due to disease, pest damage and loss stemming from natural causes, <br />vandalism and pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Irrigation systems will require <br />periodic maintenance. <br /> <br /> Daily maintenance will include litter removal and disposal of debris. <br /> <br /> Consumable supplies will include water, fertilizer, pesticides and <br />herbicides, annual and bi-annual plant replacement according to season, <br />shrub amd tree replacement as needed, soil additives, occasional pipe and <br />irrigation system repair or replacement and allocable amortization of <br />landscape maintenance equipment used in Redwood Shores and fuel. <br /> <br />Area 12 (as shown on the attached map) <br /> <br /> Area 12 comprises approximately .20 acres of landscaped shrubbery <br />and/or annuals and associated irrigation.
