DES:djk 71/27/95 (042/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 12/11/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12648 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN UNDERCROSSING AT HIGHWAY <br /> 101/84 INTERCHANGE <br /> <br /> (BRIAN KANGAS FOULK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />Bicycle/Pedestrian Undercrossing at Highway 101/84 Interchange <br />(Bayshore Freeway at Woodside Road) in the City of Redwood City <br />(the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Consulting <br />Engineering Services - Bicycle/Pedestrian Undercrossing at <br />Highway 101/84 Interchange" (form dated 11/27/95), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and Brian Kangas Foulk of Redwood City, California, <br />for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />
