DES:djk 1 ,~.14/95R (RC-002) <br /> o ~ ~ c T N ^ ~ DES:djk 11/29/95R <br /> <br /> 12/11/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12645 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STREET WIDENING <br /> IMPROVEMENTS ON JEFFERSON AVENUE BETWEEN THE <br /> INTERSECTIONS THEREOF WITH EL CAMINO REAL AND <br /> FRANKLIN AVENUE AND AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF <br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of Street <br />Widening Improvements - Portion of Jefferson Avenue", (form dated 11/29/95R) <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State <br />of California and Safeway Inc., a Delaware corporation, a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. Upon completion of construction and acceptance by this Council of the <br />Improvements defined and described in the aforementioned Agreement, the City <br />Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to accept and record a grant of <br />easement (approved as to form by the City Attorney) for public street purposes in <br />and to all that certain real property described in said Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
