DES:djk 71/15/95 (040/41) <br /> DES:djk ~ /17/95R <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 11/27/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I 0 N N O. 12641 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE FORESTERS HALL, 1204 <br /> MIDDLEFIELD ROAD, REDWOOD CITY, AS HISTORIC LANDMARK <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 40.7 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City the Historic Resources Advisory Committee presented <br />an application, with supporting documentation, to the Planning <br />Commission requesting the designation of the hereinafter <br />described property as a historic landmark; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, having reviewed said <br />application and documentation, and having held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on the application, has reconm~ended that the <br />following real property and improvements be designated as a <br />historic landmark: <br /> <br /> "The Foresters' Hall" <br /> Location--1204 Middlefield Road; being W 85.64 <br /> feet of lots 11 and 12, Block 86, Eastern Addition <br /> RSM 1/81; APN 053-142-080; "CG" (General <br /> Commercial) Zoning District. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 40.7 of the Code of Redwood <br />City, on November 27, 1995 this Council held a duly noticed <br />public hearing on the designation of the above-referenced <br /> <br />property as a historic landmark; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. This Council, having considered the documentation <br />referenced herein, the recommendation of the Planning Commission <br />and testimony received at the above-mentioned public hearing, <br />hereby designates the Foresters' Hall, located at 1204 <br /> <br /> <br />
