(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on November 4, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor <br />Bain <br />M/S Borgens/Aguirre to approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute: <br />1. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with Howroyd-Wright <br />Employment Agency, Inc., dba AppleOne Employment Services in the amount of <br />$100,000 for administrative and clerical services; and <br />2. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with CathyJon Enterprises dba <br />HB Staffing in the amount of $100,000 for administrative and clerical services; and <br />3.
