<br />construction of the Project (the "Development Agreement") are consistent with the <br />General Plan as amended, the Precise Plan as adopted, and the Zoning Ordinance as <br />amended of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. APPROVAL. The City Council hereby approves and adopts the <br />Development Agreement, as herein-above amended. that was presented to the City <br />Council at their meeting on December 17, 2007, and was filed and made available at <br />the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference. The City <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and attest, <br />respectively, the Development Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
