' No. 2242, S 2, 12-5-2002) Section 12.26. CHAPTER 17 OF THE FIRE CODE DELETED. Chapter 17 of the Fire Code is hereby deleted and shall have no force and effect in the City. Section 12.27. The manufacture, storage, possession, offer to sell, sale, solicitation, solicitation for sale, transportation, ignition, use, or handling of "safe and sane" fireworks as defined by Section 12529 of the California Health and Safety Code is prohibited. Class I liquids shall not be stored in basements. Section 12.29. Appeal to Council.
