By motion, approve Final Map No. 2019-001 for the development at 211 & <br />217 Vera Avenue; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an <br />improvement agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape <br />maintenance agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater <br />treatment measures and maintenance agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 32.
