CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.1-11. Approval of three separate agreements for on-call planning services with Gensler, Metropolitan Planning Group and Urban Planning Partners, Inc., and authorization to apply for and receive S132 Planning Grant Program Funds Recommendation: 1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute three on-call planning services agreements, each for $300,000 (for a total of $900,000), with the following entities: Gensler, Metropolitan Planning Group, and Urban Planning Partners; and 2. Adopt a resolution authorizing application for, and receipt of, $320,000 in S132 Planning Grants Program Funds from the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract amount with Seton Pacific Construction for the Marshall Street Intersection Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project by $139,582 to perform additional unforeseen pavement reconstruction for a total contract amount of $538,387; and 2.
