CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1-11. Approval of three separate agreements for on-call planning services with <br />Gensler, Metropolitan Planning Group and Urban Planning Partners, Inc., and <br />authorization to apply for and receive S132 Planning Grant Program Funds <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute three on-call <br />planning services agreements, each for $300,000 (for a total of $900,000), with <br />the following entities: Gensler, Metropolitan Planning Group, and Urban <br />Planning Partners; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution authorizing application for, and receipt of, $320,000 in S132 <br />Planning Grants Program Funds from the State of California Department of <br />Housing and Community Development. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Approval of additional funding for the Marshall Street Intersection <br />Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project and <br />amendment of contract with Seton Pacific Construction in the amount of <br />$139,582 for a total contract amount of $538,387 due to an unanticipated <br />changed condition <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount with Seton Pacific Construction for the Marshall Street Intersection <br />Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project by $139,582 to <br />perform additional unforeseen pavement reconstruction for a total contract <br />amount of $538,387; and <br />2. Authorize a transfer of $139,582 from Active Transportation Corridor <br />Program into the Traffic Impact Fee/ Marshall Street Project. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
