CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Litigation has been initiated formally pursuant to paragraph (1) of subdivision (d) of California <br />Government Code Section 54956.9. <br />Names of Cases: <br />Linda Cornell v. City of Redwood City, et al.; 19CIV00360 <br />The American Legion Redwood City Post No. 905, Department of California v. <br />Trust Indenture dated March 95, 9960, et al.; 19CIV06272 <br />2. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of <br />California Government Code Section 54956.9: 1 Case <br />Govt.
