Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract amount with Seton Pacific <br />Construction forthe Marshall Street Intersection Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road <br />Project by $139,582 to perform additional unforeseen pavement reconstruction for a total contract <br />amount of $538,387; and <br />2. Authorize a transfer of $139,582 from Active Transportation Corridor Program into the Traffic Impact <br />Fee/ Marshall Street Project. <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Public Safety <br />BACKGROUND <br />On March 11, 2019, the City Council approved and authorized the City Manager to execute a contract for <br />the Marshall Street Intersection Improvements at Jefferson Avenue and Middlefield Road Project <br />(Marshall Street Project) to Seton Pacific Construction for $398,805.
