Chairman and Secretary of the Agency, and the Mayor and Clerk of the City <br />hereby are authorized and directed to execute and to attest, respectively, the <br />DDA on behalf of the Agency and the City. <br />5. The City and the Agency direct staff to file a notice of determination <br />and a Certificate of Fee Exemption from the environmental document filing fee <br />required by the California Department of Fish and Game under Title 14, <br />California Code of Regulations, section 753.5 with the Agency Clerk in <br />accordance with the provisions of CEQA, the state CEQA Guidelines and the <br />City's CEQA ordinance. <br />6. The City Clerk is the custodian of the documents or other material <br />which constitute the record of proceedings upon which this Agency's decision <br />herein is based.
