DES:djk 10/30/95 (034/41) <br /> 0 R I G I N A n 11/6/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12635 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE NEW CITY HALL PROJECT <br /> <br /> (MORGAN ASSOCIATES) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />new City Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Morgan Associates of San Francisco, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FQLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Professional <br />Consulting Services - New City Hall Project" (form dated <br />10/30/95), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California and Morgan Associates of <br />San Francisco, California, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
