9/26/79R <br />all otherwork therein agreed to be done by the <br />said owners or subdividers, the amount of said <br />security to be One Million Two Hundred Fifty <br />Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($1,250,000.00) <br />3. That, prior to the release of said final map by <br />City and prior to its recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers shall furnish to the City and file <br />with the City Clerk certificates or policies of <br />public liability and property damage insurance as <br />required by the above mentioned agreement entitled <br />"Agreement for Woodhill Estates Subdivision," on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />4. That, prior to the release of said final map by <br />City and prior to its recordation, the owners or <br />subdividers of said subdivision shall enter into <br />and execute that certain proposed agreement on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agree- <br />ment - Building Restrictions" wherein the owners or <br />subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said <br />map by the City, shall agree not to construct any <br />residences, nor to apply for building permits for <br />any residences, in connection with Woodhill Estates <br />Subdivision until access to Farm Hill Boulevard in <br />the Town of Woodside from such subdivision has been <br />approved by the Town of Woodside in a form acceptable <br />to City. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />That those certain plans entitled "Woodhill Estates Improve- <br />ment Plan," and those certain specifications entitled "City of <br />Redwood City Standard Specifications - August, 1974," which plans <br />and specifications are now on file in the office of the Director <br />of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br />and specifications according to which the above mentioned improve- <br />ments shall be done. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: <br />Those certain proposed agreements between the City of Redwood <br />City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement for <br />Woodhill Estates Subdivision," and "Agreement - Building Restric- <br />tions" respectively, copies of which are on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk and to which reference is hereby made, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />-2- <br />
