Approve Final Map No. 2019 -001 for the development at 211 & 217 Vera Avenue; <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with <br />Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance <br />agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; and <br />4.
