<br />EXHIBIT~ <br /> <br />Amendment No.1 <br />Scope of Services <br />Addison Olian, Inc. <br /> <br />Agreement of January 18, 2008 had a total budget of $15,000. Of this amount, <br />approximately $7,073 was designated for "Economic Development Marketing <br />Brochure and Website "concepts; $2,262 for the development of a media plan for <br />marketing and sponsorship; and $5,665 for the conceptual development of a <br />"Downtown WOW" campaign. <br /> <br />Previously billed work in progress included a $5,000 payment applied to the <br />Economic Development marketing concept, leaving a balance of $10,000 in <br />funding for the original contract. <br /> <br />1. This amendment allocates the remaining $10,000 balance to the <br />"Downtown WOW" campaign, including $2,500 for WOW conceptual <br />development, $2,500 for WOW logo development, and $5,000 for WOW <br />poster creative and illustrations, including changes and additions made <br />during the process of finalizing the poster for printing. It also authorizes <br />the payment of $825 in required sales taxes on the services provided. <br /> <br />2. This amendment authorizes work related to the final development of the <br />WOW campaign for a total budget not to exceed $14,900, for services as <br />follows: <br /> <br />(a) Design and camera ready artwork for the back page of the summer <br />activities guide for the Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />(PRCS) Department: $900; <br />(b) Design and final artwork for Downtown WOW banners (standard, <br />double, clock tower, horizontal, stage, plus additions: $4.500; <br />(c) Design and final art work for downtown event postcard, including <br />requested modifications and additions: $2.000; <br />(d) Design and final art work for newspaper ads (7 black and white ads in <br />various sizes for multiple publications): $2.500; <br />(e) Design and final art work for color ads: $1.500; <br />(f) Design and final art work for "art" banner: $1,000; <br />(g) Development of concepts for an events website, including strategies <br />discussions, meetings and conferences: $2.500. <br /> <br />3. This amendment authorizes the payment for services related to the <br />finalization of the Downtown Walking Guide/Pocket Map, including all <br />
