DES:djk n9/29/95 (028/41) <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A n ~1/6/95 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12632 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> PURCHASE DOCUMENTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF FITNESS <br /> EQUIPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, written bids without public advertisement were <br />solicited for the purchase of fitness equipment for the Red <br />Morton Community Center; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication three bids were <br />received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, All American Fitness of San Jose, and Healthline of <br />Antioch, California are the lowest responsible bidders and it is <br />the intention and desire of this Council to accept the bids <br />thereof; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The bid of All American Fitness, in the total amount of <br />Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty-six and 85/100 Dollars <br />($19,246.85), computed in accordance with said bidder's proposal <br />dated September 15, 1995, and the bid of Healthline, in the total <br />amount of Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Thirteen and No/100 <br />Dollars ($14,613.00), computed in accordance with said bidder's <br />proposal dated September 15, 1995 for the sale of various fitness <br />equipment, which bids are on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, are hereby accepted, and said bidders are hereby found <br />and declared to be the lowest responsible bidders for the sale of <br />said fitness equipment to the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
