0 R I G I N A L '~ /6/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12631 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION <br /> COST <br /> <br /> (SHANNON PARK) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Tentative Map on the land known as Ventana Del Mar, <br />Unit No. 1, (the "Subdivision"), was approved by the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Conditions of Approval of the Subdivision require the <br />owner of the Subdivision to reimburse City for the construction cost of Shannon <br />Park; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Reimbursement Agreement - Shannon <br />Park (Legacy Properties)," a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full particular thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said Agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />FXS-rg <br />11/1/95 <br /> <br /> <br />
