Consultant shall provide the monitoring, inspection, and testing services outlined in Section 1.4, <br />Subsections A -J, for a not -to -exceed amount of $18,865.00 per year, for a total not -to -exceed amount of <br />$37,730.00 over the two-year term of the Agreement. Fees will be billed on a per service basis upon completion <br />of each service per the Pricing Table delineated below.
