Adopt a resolution designating 1633 Hopkins Avenue a Redwood City Historic <br />Landmark and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution designating 1800 Whipple Avenue a Redwood City Historic <br />Landmark and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute a Historic <br />Preservation Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 31. Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation <br />7.13. Redwood City Historic Landmark Designation and a Historic Preservation <br />Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for the property located at 891 Edgewood <br />Road <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 891 Edgewood Road a Redwood <br />City Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute <br />a Historic Preservation Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 31. Historical resource restoration/rehabilitation <br />7.C. Environmental certification, zoning update, Master Project Agreement and <br />approval of Phase 1 design for the Veterans Memorial Building (VMB)/Senior <br />Center (SC) and Sequoia YMCA Project, consisting of 80,000 square feet of <br />recreational facilities, including 45,000 square foot VMB/SC building, 35,000 <br />square foot YMCA building, public promenade, and traffic calming measures <br />at four identified intersections near the project site <br />Recommendation: <br />1.
