Accepting the increased Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Grant Award <br />(HMGP-4308-228-012R) budget amount of $972,017.00 from the original <br />amount of $718,945.50 granted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency <br />(FEMA) and the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES); <br />and authorizing the City Manager to execute any required grant agreement and <br />related contract documents, and provide all necessary documentation; and <br />2. Approving an appropriation amendment to Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Water Fund <br />Capital Projects budget to increase revenues by $253,071.50 and to increase <br />expenditures by $337,428.67 for the grant acceptance and project <br />implementation, respectively; and transferring $84,357.17 of fund reserves <br />from the Water Enterprise Fund to the Water Fund Capital Projects budget for <br />the Peninsula 2 Potable Water Tank Seismic Improvement Project. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />5.G.
