TDM plans are required by the <br />Congestion Management Program for any project that exceeds 100 peak hour trips. It is estimated that <br />the TDM measures would reduce the parking needs of the project by at least 5 percent and include site <br />design and on-site amenities, which encourage walking, biking and use of transit.
