Pursuant to CEQA Section 21081.6 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15091, and in support of its Project approvals of same date , the City Council has reviewed and considered the CEQA Findings of Fact for the project, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" incorporated herein by reference, and adopts such Findings of Fact. 6. The Final EIR identifies that the Project has potentially significant effects with regard to historical resources that will remain significant despite the implementation of all feasible mitigation measures. Therefore, in support of its the Project approvals of same date, the City Council hereby adopts a Statement of Overriding Considerations that indicates the benefits of the Project outweigh the significant and unavoidable environmental effects as required by State CEQA Guidelines section 15093 as set forth in Section VII of Exhibit A. 7. Pursuant to CEQA Section 21081.6 and CEQA Guidelines Section 15091 the City Council has reviewed and considered the MMRP that requires all mitigation measures described in the Final EIR be implemented as set forth in the MMRP, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by reference. 8. The City Council certifies the Final EIR for the Project and adopts the MMRP. 9. The City Council directs the City's Community Development Department to file a Notice of Determination with the County Clerk of San Mateo County upon approval of the project. 10. Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings are located in and may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road Redwood City California. The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. 11. This Resolution is effective upon its adoption.
