7.C. - Page 137 of 178 <br />5. No parking spaces shall be assigned, except as may be agreed to by RWC and the <br />YMCA -SV. <br />6. RWC and the YMCA -SV shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their <br />respective facilities. <br />7. The City shall maintain and coordinate the gymnasium schedule.
