C/CAG concurs the full reduction credit maybe be difficult to achieve for retail and/or special <br />uses such as this project. While the proposed measures fall within C/CAG's adopted guidelines, this <br />review is limited to the purview of the policies and regulations set forth within C/CAG's Guidelines for <br />Implementing the Land Use Component of the Congestion Management Program. <br />We appreciate the efforts of your city and the project sponsor in the development of this plan and <br />encourage you to keep us informed of ongoing monitoring efforts or any changes to the TDM plan.
