For any development located in a Mixed -Use <br />district, parking spaces for live/work units shall be required as follows: <br />1. Resident Parking. One (1) space per live/work unit. <br />2. Client Parking. One (1) space per one thousand (1,000) square feet of nonresidential floor <br />area. <br />3. Existing Building Exception. The review authority may reduce the parking requirement <br />for the reuse of existing buildings with limited parking. <br />ARTICLE 31– SPECIAL USES: <br />[Section 31.4 is revised to read as follows] <br />31.4 – Qua Live/Work Units <br />A. Purpose. The purpose of this section is to: <br />1. Provide standards for live/work uses, including the reuse of existing buildings to <br />accommodate live/work uses. <br />2.
