Where the last column in the table (Specific Use Regulations) <br />includes a section number, the regulations in the referenced section apply to the use; <br />however, provisions in other sections of the Zoning Ordinance may also apply. <br />D. Uses Restricted to Indoor. Unless otherwise indicated in this Article 55, all uses listed in <br />Table 55.2 must be conducted wholly within a building. Exceptions include accessory uses <br />that activate the space, such as outdoor dining, passive seating, and display of retail <br />goods. <br />E. Vehicle/Equipment Service Repair. All work shall occur within an enclosed building. <br />Outdoor storage and work areas are prohibited. Used or damaged equipment removed <br />from vehicles during the repair process shall be stored indoors or shall be deposited in an <br />approved covered outdoor collection receptacle for appropriate off-site disposal.
