(301) <br />MINUTE ORDER 07-215 <br /> <br />B. Appoint City Representative to the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District <br />Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, reappoint former Redwood City Mayor Robert Bury to another term on <br />the Board of Trustees for the Mosquito Abatement District. This appointment would <br />be for ensuing term of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2011, according to <br />the 2005 California Health and Safety Code, Section 2022: <br /> <br />"The term of office for a member of the board of trustees shall be for a term of two <br />or four years, at the discretion of the appointing authority." <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER 07-209 <br /> <br />c. Amendment to the Agreement for Animal Control Services between the City of <br />Redwood City and the County of San Mateo. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, extend the current contract agreement with the County of San Mateo for <br />the provision of animal control services through June 30, 2011. <br />MINUTE ORDER 07-210 <br /> <br />D. Peninsula Park - Amendment to Agreement for Professional Environmental <br />Assessment Services. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Wagstaff and Associates <br />for professional environmental review services for the Peninsula Park project. <br />MINUTE ORDER 07-211 <br /> <br />E.
