Two to four years of pre 7am noises
(based on the painfully disruptive experience when
they built the newer homes back near Radio Road etc.
where construction was several miles away...) will be
disruptive to children and families especially in
those early hours and for such a long duration.

In the recent release of project documentation
prepared and presented for the meeting tomOlTOW night,
this is not addressed at alL While it may be an issue
of timing (too early in the process yet?), 1 would
like to reiterate that this is an important mitigation
measure that we would appreciate your consideration
and support on, when the appropriate time comes. On
behalf of the petitioners, I would like to formally
request
---that a written condition of approval regarding the
above mentioned requested (Pre 7 am "prep") noise
mitigation practices be signed/adopted when the other
City entitlements are granted, and then have the
inspectors follow-up (with no doubt voluntary
neighborhood monitoring and support).
Since I am stillleaming about the ways the city
operates and how things are done, if someone could
please tell me specifically what you need from us to
make this happen and the timing, I would certainly
appreciate it. I would be happy to have a short phone
conversation as well if that would be easier.
Thank you for your consideration again.

Rebecca Baker
163 Monaco Drive
650-622-9039

Never miss a thing.
