C. Programs Offered by both RWC & YMCA -SV in Red Morton Park <br />1. Gymnasium Activities <br />2. Recreational Activities <br />3. Day Camps <br />4. Nutrition <br />5. Adaptive PE <br />6. Senior Wellness programs <br />7. Variety of summer camp programs <br />8. Sports tournaments <br />9. Pre-school programs <br />D. Programs / Services in Red Morton Park <br />1. Programs that are offered by both RWC and YMCA -SV will be coordinated by the <br />Director of Parks and Recreations and the YMCA -SV COO to avoid redundancy, <br />allow for coordination of joint promotional opportunities and maintenance of special <br />events calendars. <br />2. Hours of Operation — It is expected that the YMCA hours of operation of its facility <br />are: Monday — Friday 5:30am—10:30pm; Saturday & Sunday lam—10:30pm. The <br />YMCA -SV shall have the right to amend its operating hours. <br />3. Membership Fees / Options — The YMCA -SV shall set its membership and usage fees <br />for this facility and reserves the right to make changes to the fee structure at any time <br />during the term of this operating agreement. The YMCA -SV shall include separate <br />membership fee categories for veterans, seniors and families. <br />4. RWC to provide food concessions within its facility. It is agreed that permanent <br />concessions selling food and/or products will not be permitted in the common areas. <br />An outdoor eating area will be available to all. <br />E. Facilities in Red Morton Park <br />1. Reciprocal Access and Use of facilities will be determined by the Director of Parks / <br />Recreation and YMCA -SV COO. <br />2. The City of RWC and the YMCA -SV intend to independently control and operate <br />their respective facilities. <br />3. RWC and the YMCA -SV agree that use of the common areas for special events shall <br />be permitted subject to agreement by both parties. Adequate notice to the other party <br />shall be required and the sponsoring party agrees to be responsible for timely cleanup <br />following such events. <br />4. RWC Fields — The YMCA -SV shall be allowed to use City's fields on an "as <br />available" basis. <br />5. No parking spaces shall be assigned, except as may be agreed to by RWC and the <br />YMCA -SV. <br />6. RWC and the YMCA -SV shall be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of <br />their respective facilities. <br />7. The City shall maintain and coordinate the gymnasium schedule.
