12/16/2019 <br />evidence in the record, finds that the above recitals are accurate and constitute <br />findings in this matter and, together with the staff report and the application materials, <br />including all other documents, reports, studies, memoranda, maps, oral and written <br />testimony, and materials in the City's file for the applications and the Amendments, <br />and all adopted City planning documents relating to the Amendments including the <br />City's General Plan, Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, Corridor Plan, and other <br />applicable City laws and regulations, and all associated approved and certified <br />environmental documents, have together served as an adequate and appropriate <br />evidentiary basis for the findings and actions set forth in this resolution. <br />2. The City Council finds that the General Plan Amendment is consistentwith the <br />goals and policies of the General Plan, as set forth in the staff report and analyses <br />referenced therein, and will not create conditions that would be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety and general welfare. <br />3. The City Council hereby amends the text of the General Plan Mixed -Use <br />Live/Work land use designation and land use map as provided in Exhibit A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference. <br />4.
